Who is your most random, nuttiest villager?

We ALL have one: one of those neighbors who is just insane in the best way possible. One who says things no rational person would say, much less think, lol. My nutter butter, hands-down, is Carmen, the peppy rabbit. She was insane in my City Folk town and her mania has grown exponentially since then, translating itself to a level or humor and randomness rarely seen in the most nutty of Animal Crossing villagers. Every day with her is like a journey down her own personal rabbit hole of peppy insanity and you are along for the wild ride.

So... who is your nutter butter?

I don't really have any. All of my villagers are kind of bland... They never really say anything too interesting.

I haven't had anything TOO random other than Bam mailing me a gift called a deer scare and Kyle inviting me to his house and saying "Phew! We're finally there!" when all I did to get to his house was turn around.

Lots of my villagers had their nutty moments. Most of them are rather sophisticated, but there's one that just seems to not... fit in. He's moved out though, but it was Erik. I was able to catch a conversation between him and Mira once, and it went that Mira was teaching him how to do a "perfect" glare. She did a demonstration of him, and then he started to cry.
"AUGH! Stop it, stop it, stop it! You're freaking me out!"
There was another time where he and Wolfgang had a conversation. Wolfgang had said to him:
"You know... you're a totally a carefree kind of individual, aren't you?" And Erik replied -
"Huh? What do you mean? Don't compliment me with such difficult words, chow down!" Later in that convo, Wolfgang asked what he wanted to do as a job when Erik grew up, and Erik replied:
"I wanna have a giant sink full of herbal tea... And then stick my face inside to see how long I can hold my breath. My dream'll be written about in all sorts of world-record books across the planet."

Lazies are so funny sometimes. xD
