I don't like Wisp, mostly because I always end up spending a good amount trying to find the last piece and when I finally do, he gives me something I don't really need XD. I like seeing leif even though I don't even buy anything from him but I do think he looks funny when I pass by him on my way to the airport. I would like label more if they moved her in able sisters and have her interact with sable/mabel when she judges your outfit.

Definitely Label. I've gotten all of her custom clothing (which wasn't that impressive to begin with) and now she's just...there. Whenever I log on and see her in the plaza my immediate reaction is "You again?"

I would say it's Label, I'm ignoring her for quite a while now. It's just not worth it to me to waste my time with her tasks and besides her collection isn't so appealing to me at all.
Wisp would be another one who doesn't get any attention from me anymore. I don't get any useful items from him and trying to find those spirits becomes a bit annoying to me (especially if they floating forever over a river and you can't catch them, taking forever to finally reach them if they fly over a little bit).

Definitely Label. Once I'd unlocked all of her clothes, I honestly thought she'd be joining her sisters in some capacity. But instead, after getting 1 of each item in purple, she starts giving them to me in yellow. Of course, I already bought what I wanted in whatever color once they were available in the shop, so there is absolutely no point to continue to engage with her. Haven't even used all of the tailor tickets I got from her. Maybe I'll have something to spend them on when winter clothing appears in the shop.
I feel very similarly.
I still like her and she sometimes gives me a chance to try out new outfit themes, but I've received all of her items and I've mostly run out of things to buy with the tickets.
Like you, once I see something I like, I buy it in the colors that I want... And that's that!
What I would like to see, but likely will never see, is the ability to stack the tickets to redeem towards larger purchases.
For example, when the formal / fancy kimonos were released, it would have been nice to redeem multiple tickets.
