Who is your favourite 'unpopular' villager?

Definitely pietro, although boone is a close second (do people dislike boone?)

The first time I saw pietro I nearly vomited from how ugly I thought he was, but the longer he stayed in my town I got accustomed to his appearance and gradually just started to like him more and more. He was honestly one of the most entertaining villagers to talk to and it made me super sad when he moved out. Seriously hoping to get an amiibo card of him someday so I can have him back.

As for boone, he originally was a villager in a friend of mine's town till he decided to hop on over to mine. I remember joking with my friend that they purposefully cursed me with their ugliest villager so that they wouldn't have to deal with him anymore.

The fact that boone decided to park his house literally right on my front lawn didn't exactly help his case, either. However, much like pietro before him, boone somehow has consistently been the nicest and funniest out of any of the villagers in my town. Some of the letters he sends me are genuinely the most heartwarming I've ever gotten in AC. I just find it kind of funny that despite me doing everything I could to avoid him and try to get him to move, boone ended up actually gaining best friend status with my mayor, so I'll always have a soft spot for him lol

Celia! Who doesn't like having a mother-like villager (I know that normal villagers have this trait but still)?

When I met her for the first time, I somehow got her name wrong by saying Ciela (if you're a zelda fan, you would get this). I also find her town tune to be really sweet and heartwarming. It really fits her personality! And the fact that she's an eagle fits the line of "as a mother eagle who cares for her young".

I'm not sure if Agent S is considered 'unpopular' but I still find her to be an awesome squirrel.

Just her being a squirrel alone, it just makes me want to squish her! I honestly find her design to be unique because she looks like she could be a professional race driver (but I don't get how people think she's a superhero?!?!). Oh, and I mistook her as a male at first. Whoops.

Sometimes it seems like the nice people at Nintendo deliberately try to make some Animal Crossing villagers look
really weird(Tabby would be one of these).I don't mind because I like weird.Elise is definitely weird....big ass Sally Jessy Raphael glasses,Juv?derm-injected lips and a beauty mark..or is that a mole?On top of that she's a pea soup green monkey.She's too weird looking to not have in my town.
