Initially I told myself I wasn't into uchi villagers at all, and then I realized how similar uchis are to my own personality, and suddenly I fell in love with almost all of them. Oops. THEY ARE MY PEOPLE, COME ON.
Pashmina was the only one I even considered having in my town, at first. Her design is friggin adorable and there's no way around that - her blue horns, her corset shirt? FABULOUS. But after losing her twice, I checked the list again and decided I could deal with Phoebe probably, but I never saw her up for grabs anywhere. I think I had Tammy for a little while, and Renee as well, but I preferred Tammy out of the two of them - and I ended up cycling them both out in an attempt to get Pashmina back again. After the second time I lost my dear Pash I sat down and looked at the list for the umpteenth time and decided I'd go for either Deirdre or Fuchsia this time. Dierdre reminded me of, like, a Frida Kalho deer (it's them brows, I tell ya) and Fuchsia was one punk lady so I figured I couldn't go wrong with either of them.
Deirdre is apparently less desirable than Fuchsia, because when I asked around for her, a billion people were like TAKE MY DEIRDRE. TAKE HER. PLEASE. And I started to have second thoughts, because why would so many people want her out of their towns? But after taking her in and chilling with her, she's one of my BFFs, I think. I won't be saying goodbye to Deirdre for a long, looong time. I love her little white deer markings (around her mouth and eyes! so cute) and her Frida Kalho brows, man. And her house theme. And that the first time I visited her she had a bunch of fish (idk if she was original, probably not lol since she came to me through a random person on tumblr) and they all had names. It was... en-deer-ing.
Oh god, I'm so sorry.
Anyway. Deirdre and I are a two-woman girl gang. She's my right hand lady in Bastille. She's be part of my ACNL zombie apocalypse team. Actually, I'm pretty sure if I had to, my entire ACNL zombie apocalypse team would be made up of uchi villagers. They seem like they could survive a scrap or two.
