I have a few from tier one between my main and my cycling, but my favorite would probably have to be Lolly. I lost her on my main town but she was adorable and sweet. I'm gonna get her back on my cycling once I'm done.

Had to look up the tiers- I had no idea that Maple was considered a tier 1 villager. She's become my favorite ever since starting my new town, and I hope that she never moves.

I also didn't know that Flurry is considered a tier 1 villager as well. I had her in my original town, but I didn't really care for her that much.
