I still have mine + Original Packing and most Accessories. I still need to get Animal Crossing: Let's Go To The City for it though.

Who else still has the old wii, I'd like to know! XD

I've still got a regular Wii, though it's not the first one I've had (the first one broke. My family got it around the time it first came out.) Mainly play my LoZ: Wind Waker, Skyward Sword, and my two Pokepark games on it. Great system.

The Wii isn't that old yet... lol...

I as well as plenty of others still have ours

I certainly remember the Wii by many things that happened throughout its lifespan. Including...

- The struggle on getting one at launch with its ridiculously low stock, and managing to get one a bit before my birthday
- Motion controls greatness
- Being able to play GCN titles with a much sharper image quality compared to GCN
- My first exposure to Virtual Console games
- Wii Sports
- WarioWare: Smooth Moves
- Super Mario Galaxy
- Metroid Prime 3: Corruption
- Super Smash Bros. Brawl
- Playing well over 1600 hours on Animal Crossing: City Folk, while abusing the turnip market
- Getting a little tired of being forced to use Motion Controls
- Wii getting hacked pretty easily despite Nintendo's efforts on blocking them
- The many shovelwares
- Had to replace its defective disk drive once
- New Super Mario Bros. Wii

Man, what a great time I had with this console. It's a shame that it started to lose its luster since 2010, which is two years before Wii U ever get released. Not even Skyward Sword saved the Wii from collecting dusts. Thankfully, the Wii had also plenty of interesting third party games that are actually worth playing compared to whatever situation Wii U currently is.

I have my old Wii for GameCube games

The Wii U isn't that old, they are still producing games for the system

I don't really think of the Wii as an old console despite getting it at launch. It wasn't one that I was particularly attached to though. There were a few games I went nuts over, but I feel like it's entertainment value was short-lived for me. I probably stopped using it altogether by 2009/10. I eventually gave it away last summer. I considered selling it, but realised I'd get very little for it anyway. Coincidentally, the friend I gave it to is a user on here (although I've known her for 20 years offline).

Me? Remember it? Pfft, of course! I still have it since 2006. Why would I forget it? I played Mario Kart Wii on it yesterday.

Since when is 2006 considered ye olde? Silly kids! :P

Anyway, I have a Wii U, so I don't really play any games directly on my Wii anymore, especially now that some of its best games are getting digital re-releases (Super Mario Galaxy games and Metroid Prime Trilogy anybody?).

I just use the Wii for GC games, mostly Animal Crossing and Harvest Moon A Wonderful Life.

Forget remembering it- I still have my original Wii hooked up to my TV upstairs. I still play it on occasion, though I've mostly moved onto the Wii U.

I gave mine away to a friend, but last I checked it was still in perfect working order.

So is my Sega Genesis for that matter. :D

I still have mine. I use it to play GameCube games and some Wii games. If my GameCube hadn't stopped working about a year ago I'd still be using it as well.

I have my wii u at my apartment and the regular wii at my mom's house where I go wash clothes once a week. So I still get a lot of use out of the old wii and older gamecube games there. Two Animal crossings and Super Mario Galaxies are probably all I need but I have the Mario Kart, Smash Bros and DK country games too.
