Who has this rug?

I've been looking everywhere for it, but can't find out anything about it. It looks like the rug from inside of Katrina's tent?

It's called the Magic Circle Rug and I got it from Rocco, of all people. Dude wants to live in a dangerous construction zone and he has this rug. Awrighty then. It only just showed up for me yesterday and I hadn't even really registered it existed before that.
