Who Has Grown on You?

Roscoe. I'm really torn on letting him leave or making him stay. I didn't care about him at first, but he always makes me laugh. He's such a dork. Plus, I love his eyes. xD

Rodney moved in when I still had my path/hedge system in place and messed it all up - but now he's my favourite. I messaged him until I got his photo, and he sent me another photo in the mail when he moved away. I love the Smug neighbours the best!

Graham really grew on me. At first, I thought he was kind of cute but was indifferent towards him. Now I'm really hesitant to ever let him leave! Jambette, as well. But she was hyped to move in a few days, so I congratulated her and she said she appreciated my support ;-; So now I can't possibly ask her to stay.

Bettina. She was my first move in. I'd carefully built my house far away from all the NPCs houses so I wouldn't always been running into them so I wasn't thrilled when she plonked her house near mine.

I wasn't that enthused about her art either with those huge ears, but she was my first experience of a "Normal" personality and I soon discovered she was one of the politest villagers I had. I was kind of charmed when she instantly put on my nebula tee that she was: "smitten with" and kept wearing it as well.

She was also a town trendsetter as every single NPC who has since moved in built their house near mine. So much for my efforts at being anti-social.

Well in City Folk Chief really grew on me and he is now one of my ultimate dreamies that can't be replaced.

In terms of New Leaf Lucha was in my town for quite a while and I obtained 3 of his pictures and when he left I was pretty heartbroken though I planned from the start for him to move out once the chance appeared. I still kind of miss him but I have two smugs to fill that void in my heart ;.;

There's also Tank who was one of my starters in Wild World my first encounter with animal crossing. I absolutely loved him and I don't think he ever moved away (though he's probably gone now). He stumbled into my animal crossing as I'm guessing a recently voided villager from another town as I had 9 villagers when he moved in. I've already confirmed that he is leaving and am regretting seeing him go once that day rolls around. (I forget which day he mentioned..)

Are there any villagers that you were indifferent to/didn't like at first, but now you really like?

For me, it was Gigi! I didn't really like frog villagers, but ahhhh she is too fabulous *o*
Also, Stitches was initially a bit overrated but now I have him and I absolutely adore him and see why he's so beloved!

Between my towns, I went for some peiod in my first town of Applewin without a Cranky. (My Public Works Projects are full that I didn't have to cover all Villager Personalities.) After getting my second and third game copies of "Animal Crossing: New Leaf," my starting original Cranky in Progress is Apollo and my starting original Cranky in Temps is Tom.

I like them both. But Tom is the one who has taken me more by surprise. I think he epitomizes what a Cranky is?a lonely male whose bark is much worse than his bite. It's a characteristic that says, "I need a little love and attention." He is surprisingly sweet. And he has taken a shine to Temps' Mayor, Alicia, and really digs her. He's already sent letters showing the love. So I'm going to keep him. In fact, from my five starting villagers in Temps?Snooty Queenie, Normal Fauna (of whom I have a copy in Progress), Cranky Tom, Peppy Penelope, and Jock Antonio?I find the one I must keep is Tom. He's a keeper!

This^ I don't know how I forgot Tom. He was one of my starters and I loved him so much!~ He suits the personality to a T and manages to be absolutely adorable at the same time. Too bad I already had Chief or he would've stuck around. Miss you Tom <3

It's definitely Elise. She was one of my starters and when I first looked at her I just thought "Uh, well, monkey..." and I was sure I would let her leave my town as soon as she would ping. But she turned out to be quite entertaining. When she told me about the advantages of buying stuff at Re-Tail I immediately began to see her as the girl who likes eco-friendly fabrics and fair trade products and vegetarian or vegan food. She is kind of a hipster, but also a good friend.

Nowadays, I'm cycling to get Diva back, who I think that was voided when she randomly moved out without telling me, but I recently noticed that she went to a town of one person that's holding her for me until I can recover her <3

Ankha. I really disliked her ^ - mouth at first, but now that she has opened up to me I am quickly growing more attached. Yes, I had been planning to move her out since the beginning and already found her a nice home to go to, but I think I will be quite sad to watch her go. I will let her go, but somebody awesome better come in my town after she leaves. Ankha will be remembered fondly <3

Harry... He is one of my starter villagers and ever since Chief in wild world I've been a huge fan of the cranky villagers. He's pretty darn ugly and I don't really like his house but with his talk about patrolling and keeping the place safe and just his protective attitude I can't bring myself to let go of him.

I had ren?e move in the other day and I saw her talking to him and upset him, she looked so pleased with herself about it... I can't bring myself to forgive her yet.

Tank. He was an early move-in and I was pretty iffy about him at first because I wasn't fond of the jock personality or rhinos so I didn't like him at first but he slowly grew on me to the point I don't want to let him go. Yesterday, he showed me the first letter I sent him and all it said was, "Get out." and I was surprised because I forgot I hated him and I don't remember sending that letter so I was thinking the entire time, "Did I really hate him that much?"
