Are there any villagers that you were indifferent to/didn't like at first, but now you really like?

For me, it was Gigi! I didn't really like frog villagers, but ahhhh she is too fabulous *o*
Also, Stitches was initially a bit overrated but now I have him and I absolutely adore him and see why he's so beloved!

I'm right with you with Stitches. I kinda ignored him until I got him as a starter in Chrome, now he's one of my favorites. <3

Kiki nearly ended up being a permanent member in my town, I liked her a lot. I disliked Anicotti when she was a starter, but she was so sweet to me, always giving me free shirts whenever I talked to her. I enjoy seeing her on main street now. ^^ Same with Hazel in Celadon, but villagers have shown up in Celadon's main street yet. :c

Edit: I totally forgot about Deirdre! I hated her, I thought she was one of the ugliest villagers. Now she is my third favorite uchi, she's pretty neat. <3

Renee was one of the first villagers to move into my town. Initially, I liked her colors and design, but didn't think I'd love her as much as I do! I think she'll always be "the Uchi personality" in my mind. Probably because she came first. Whenever I read the dialogue of another Uchi character, I think, "That's something Renee would say." XD

Coco. At first I just thought her design was a bit unusual, but didn't really have a strong opinion of her. But now she's grown on me a lot. It's too bad her house is in a really awkward spot and I've planned to have her move out since starting my new town. :/

Agnes, she was a random move in at my old town while I was trying to 16 cycle someone, and I seriously did NOT expect to like her as much as I did!

I really like the Uchi personality but I usualy ignore Uchis because I dont like how most of them, and Ive hated most of the pig villagers Ive gotten trough all my gameplays. But she is definitively awesome.

Definietly Dora.

At first, I found her extremely boring, as if she had no social life whatsoever. But even if she has or has not, she's a really damn cutie, very polite, generous and (who would knew!) popular between my villagers. She knows everything that's happening around. For sure, I will never forget her face.

Talking about her, Dora has pinged to move on the 19th, and I've decided to let her go, but I really want her to get a loving new home, not someone who'll take her and just throw her away like trash. If you're interested in giving this dormouse a new home, please message me! ;o;​

In Colony 9, Marshal. At first I could care less about him and I took him in out of spite cause the campsite refused to give me a wolf villager, now I just can't imagine the Colony without the little marshmellow he's just so nerdy and I honestly couldn't bear to separate him from Celia.

In Area 0 it's Lolly, I honestly thought she just ok but now that I've spent more time her she's one of the sweetest things I've ever seen and just can't let her go.

I have a soft spot for Benedict. I wanted to get him out as soon as possible after he moved in from the WiFi void, but he eventually sent me a letter that said something along the lines of, "I'd like to become better friends with you!" He's just been really nice and sweet, and I feel like the Chicken villagers are a bit underrated.

That being said, he's been here since last July, and I'd really like for him to move out. I'm a bit worried that I won't be able to find him a nice home, though.

Monty. At first, I wasn't a big fan of monkeys but this one has really grown on me.

Bruce. I planned on having Fauna or Beau as my local deer but over the few months I had Bruce, me and my friend just fell for the cranky fellow. I've always liked Crankies and he grew on me so much I was so sad to have to force him out (those cursed building space requirements for bridges) that I want to get him back in the same spot he was once I get people out of the way. Gotta void him though, friggin' cycle junk...

Definitely Lopez. When he first moved in, I didn't really like his color scheme, or appreciate him moving right next to a pond, making it impossible for me to make a pathway to his house. But now I just find him really cute and endearing.

In one of my old towns, it was Fuchsia. When she first moved in I didn't like her and wanted her to leave but then I talked to her a lot and she seemed sassy and hella rad so I let her stay.
