That's what console gamers say about PC shooters. Wii shooters have far better controls than console controls with controllers.

Sure it's faster to move your character's vision but most of the games are "run and gun."

What do you mean?

The controls are pretty similar to PC controls. I used to think PC shooters had really bad controls too. I just wasn't used to them. PC gamers say their shooters are better than console shooters too.

Certain kill streaks
2 zombie maps

Those are pretty minor, though.

Just a question, Jer, how sensitive is the game?
Because my main beef with certain Wii games is how I can never get the remote to do what I want it to, like I'm moving it to the left, it goes half a centimeter over the sensor's established boundaries, and the pointer flies everywhere.

not to derail the thread, but PC controls ARE superior.

if you're using a keyboard/mouse, you have 26+buttons that you can use for whatever actions you like, and the mouse is single-handedly the most intuitive control device gaming has to offer a FPS title. period.

the wii's remote is close, but it still isn't as defined and solid as having a mouse that (so long as you have it on the surface) will always move with you. no aiming off-screen, no slowdown to turn (aiming at the edges instead of a swift sweep of the mouse)

in short, i really don't understand what all the hype is about the wii being a next-gen control for FPS games. let alone that the hardware of the system itself is basically a upgraded gamecube.

but eh. sorry, i don't have CoD BlOps for Wii, don't really intend to buy it for the wii, (or any system) either. but best of luck.

(and yes, i'm aware you know about/have used PC controls, just stating the obvious i guess)

I find it weird they dont have the zombie maps or player cards
The wii probably can handle thosse 2 features

Pretty much why the Wii made themselves a Classic Controller for games like CoD. Luckily in most Wii games you can also use the Classic Controller. But, nothing beats a GameCube controller.

Anyway, I'm not so sure if I should get this game. I like it and all, but I already got Goldeneye 007 for Wii. They almost have the same gameplay, and I'd be trying to get a lot of EXP for both games.
