Who has a single species town?

I don’t, but I could probably get close, with hamsters! I have flurry and graham currently and love them both. Would like to try having soleil at some point. Clay and Apple live on my husband’s island (I convinced him to invite Apple, even though he wasn’t crazy about her) and they are both so cute (I esp love Apple)! And I just ran into hamphrey on a dream island, and he is also adorable - love his low voice coming out of his tiny body. I wish there was an uchi hamster.

Another species focused island that would be fun would be a hippo and hamster island, get two extremes together it would look so funny. and I like most of the hippos as well.

the only problem is, I don’t think I could give up having my current faves, esp tabby, bangle, Genji, Agnes and Cole (too many favorites)
 
I was aiming for all deerfolk but the new villagers were too tempting. That being said I do have four right now, and one I still need to amiibo in. I also did let one go when he asked, but other than him, all the deer I’ve ran across are still on my island!
 
I do not, but it seems like fun! If I were to do an all one species town I think I'd go for squirrels or dogs. I love almost all the deer, too.

Maybe sometime in the future, but right now I have too many varied favorites. :)
 
My second New Horizons town is an all squirrel town and I love them!
It’s got Blaire, Mint, Caroline, Marshal, Static, Peanut, Sally, Filbert, Pecan and Sylvana :)
 
I thought about having a frog island or bunny island! Now I have 2 of each species (squirrel, sheep, cat, cub) except Graham and Raddle
 
i think i'd love an all cat island (with marshal, you ain't going anywhere buddy), but i'm doing it slowly. 4 cats so far. but idk. i'd also want to have 4 deers. cats, deers & squirrels are my favorite dreamies so it's gonna be hard for to stick to 1 species.
 
Ostrich island here :D
I love all my feather friends, even if they shared the same name "ostrich", they are in fact all different species of birds with different colors, absolutely a no boring island. (:



Unfortunately a cranky ostrich isn't in game, that is the only thing i miss... a cranky villager. :C
 
I don't because I love certain villagers across multiple species, but I've definitely ruminated with the idea of having an all dog, cat, deer, squirrel, duck, cub, or ostrich island.
 
I don't and I am not going to because I'm unwilling to throw down another 200 bucks for a 2nd island and my favorite villagers' species are all over the place, but it would probably be all bunnies. I already have two with Ruby and Coco because I just cannot seperate them and they're both big favorites, and if I were to extend that to eight more bunnies I'd probably put... Hopkins, Genji, Snake, Tiffany, Dotty, O'Hare, Cole and Gaston (No uchis because I don't like Mira)? Something like that.

But I wouldn't be opposed to an all-ostrich or an all-squirrel town either, as those are probably my other favorite species. I'd def fill the entire squirrel island with flowers though because there's nothing cuter than seeing the squirrel villagers drown while wandering in a flower field
