Yea he's in boxes! I'm not sure about getting villagers before the rating but just keep talking to your villagers and you'll get 100% in no time

Well hopefully I can get to 100 soon, I'm at 90. I'll TT ahead one day to pull more weeds and re-water plants and such and hopefully I'll be able to hit 100 by then. I'll do my best and try and pick Rudy up tonight.
