The way rates are 200 can be 5m or it can be 50m. But people will pay these prices no problem for a dreamy.

Like Dasbreenee said. The btb rates are all over the place and people are willing to pay this amount if they really want a villager

Also I sold a furniture set that costs WAY less then a tier one villager and they offered to buy it for 600 btb and people are buying these villagers so I think this is a fair price to me and to them

I never said I had a problem paying it (i payed 500 tbt each for Lolly and Diana so lets not go there)

Im saying that they said bells are "high" at 20m but the usual rate i see tbt go for is 10m (actually even higher recently) so..

Its basically the same offer is what I'm getting at.
