It does say bid increase 100k. If they wanted to have people only go up by 100k each time they could have put "maximum bid increase 100k" and if they had wanted the minimum increase to be 100k (so people could jump from 1mil to 3mil etc) then they could have put "minimum bid increase 100k" I had to re-read the post a couple times to realize you were taking it in the literal sense! I think it can require some clarification from the op though!
