It's unlikely. Blades hosts this group of players to gather tour medals and that's most likely where they got the medals for the wet suits.

Actually that's probably less likely as it's an island item. Since you can buy however many of the item you want, when a rare item shows up people will buy many to sell (and use up their medals). I've bought like 20 kitchen islands before just because I had a ton of medals to burn and they are rare. c:
