Buying White festive Tree/White Christmas Tree

I need a white festive tree, it's so beautyful.
Since i saw this item the first time, i was looking for it.
There were rumors that this White Festive tree would be sold by harvey, but i never saw one.
Later I heard it's an exclusive Japenese DLC-Item So... seems there is no chance to get one as german player.

Is there someone who can offer me one?
Offering blue roses, purple pansies or Bells for the tree.
