just curious, but how rare is this collectible? how do you get it originally? because wow 18k TBT bells for it is wow!! T__T

It's obtainable from the fair, it was 30 tickets this year and sold out pretty fast (also the 1-3rd place contest people had a chance at it as well).

Pretty rare since people tend to hoard it and wants A LOT for it IF they sell.
