Can someone tell me about the character Whisp the ghost? How can I find him?

Look for a lamp around your town. Then after midnight (or 1am, not sure) walk around town until you hear a voice, and Wisp will appear. He'll go in the lamp and you have to take it to your upstairs bedroom and rub the lamp for him to give you gifts and stuff.

I keep hearing different things I hear after 9, after 10, after 12, after 1 so I just search around 1:30 AM....I never found anything

Try 10:30pm. And run around everywhere cuz he is in random places. I just found him by my Nook store.

I found wisp in my town the other day I think its only on Monday nights. After shops close. I found him in the middle bottom half of my town....!
