Which villagers should I choose?

So I'm planning for my town to have these villagers:
Peppy- Tangy, Bunnie
Snooty- Whitney
Uchi- Mira
Lazy- Bob
Jock- Curly
Smug- O'hare

Which means I have 3 open slots for other villagers. But I don't know which villagers I should get! Here are the ones I'm considering and why:
Hugh- I had him in my previous town and he was really cute! He and Curly were BFFs and it was awesome. I really like his colour scheme too and I think pigs are super underrated. But I already have Bob as my lazy villager.
Lolly- She's really cute and I don't have a normal villager yet! But I ship Bob with Tangy.
Marina- I think she's super adorable, but that's really the only reason I want her. So if I get her because of that, I'll feel like I'm only getting her because she's popular. Although I don't have a normal...
Frank- I need a cranky and he looks pretty cool! And he has the same name as my brother.
Peanut- I had her in Wild World, but I didn't really like her. I let her move because I was too busy admiring Tangy's awesomeness lol. But she's pretty adorable! I have too many peppies though.
Ruby- I hadn't seen her until I met her on an island tour a few days ago and SHE IS SUPER ADORABLE. I want her but I have way too many peppies. Also when peppies act too similar to either Bunnie or Tangy (I think the two of them act different though) I think they're evil and trying to copy them.
Fauna- She's cute and normal! But I've never actually seen her in-game, so I feel like I only want her because she's popular.
Stitches- SO CUTE! But I already have Bob as my lazy.
Gala- She can be Curly's sister/girlfriend/something! I kind of ship him with Hugh though....
Cookie- I had her before I reset, but then I couldn't play for a few months so she moved from the town of the person who was holding her. But I really like her and she reminds me of my dog a little bit!
Daisy- She was one of my favourites from Wild World and she's normal! And she also reminds me of my dog.
Goldie- I've never had her, but she looks a bit more like my dog then Daisy.
Other- ???

I would suggest Hopper as a cranky! (BEST! EYEBROWS! EVER!!)

I would also say Stitches and Peanut

i say you should get hugh (you need another repeated personality anyways), frank and cookie!

I would go with Lolly or Goldie as a normal (they're both super cute I'm going to get them on my second town when I'm done cycling), for a cranky I would suggest maybe Static, Bruce or Butch personally, but I'm not overly fond of many other crankies tbh. (I don't have one in my town, balance wasn't necessarily important to me and I'd already had Bruce and Butch move out and my sister has Static). As an extra you can either take another one of the ones I've listed depending on what you wanna do or you could pick up Hugh or Stitches cause they are cute. I'm aiming for Hugh as well on my cycling. :3

I'd go with Daisy or Lolly for a normal. Maybe Butch or one of the cranky wolves for a cranky? (Butch would be super cute with Daisy tbh)
And Stitches because he's super cute.

I would go with Fauna or Lolly for a normal, they are both pretty nice. As for a cranky, hm... you mentioned that you consider Frank so I guess him then? The third from this list I would pick is either Peanut or Stitches, but as you already have two peppy villager... I would probably choose Stitches, he is really cute. <3

Stitches, Lolly, and Frank, Lolly and Frank are personalties you need, and I agree, Stitches really is super adorable.
