For me Rosie kinda reminds of Katy Kat from Parappa The Rapper, but smaller and somewhat 'silly'.

Pompom kinda reminds of Shirley from Tiny Toons, but with a different hair style and more immature.

Isabelle kinda reminds of Dotty Dog from The Get Along Gang, but with different hairstyle, face and ears.
