Which version of the Harvest series furniture do you prefer?

I like the new style a ton, but I can get the appeal of the older one

This did make me realize why they changed the holiday name from Harvest day to Turkey day, it's because harvest suggests autumn, which isn't true for southern hemisphere folk, who are in spring.

I've been looking for something like the garden stand for quite a while. Glad they've finally incorporated it. One of the sets I miss from New Leaf is the Museum set, specifically the museum cases and stand. I was hopeful the Trophy case DIY would be a suitable alternative, but it's not. Hopeful Nintendo adds a way for us to better display some of our museum-esque items.

In terms of usability, I prefer the festive pieces New Horizons introduced. They pair well with other items and work well alone. They remind me of things I'd see at a real family gathering. Plus, the crockpot/pedestal are two of my new favorite pieces.

I still prefer the older variants overall though. They have a special/unique quality to them. Kind of like a 'special' collection that I want to complete.

The new one x100000. I never liked the gimmicky holiday ones in past games because they were just...ugly. This new one is really nice, very Americana, like something you'd find in an old Midwestern home or in a thrift shop.

I highly prefer the new one! Like others have said, they're more versatile & I like how they look like they can remain out in your home even after the Harvest season is done and not look out of place, which is always a plus for me when it comes to holiday furniture. The old, purple stuff was kinda awkward ngl.

There's the crock pot, table setting, the chairs, the table, the fireplace behind them and with a display on top. Could be more.

Its a different wood, design and the cloth is reminiscent to feathers with its design.

Oh ok.

I much preferred the older harvest set, as it had a fair few items in it, and,the purple was nice.

I've seen the list of new items, and it was good to see some food added back in.

The veggie basket should have been added though, IMO.

the NH version by far. like others have said, it's versatile and looks like it could work with other furniture in the game unlike the NL version.
