Actually what you're seeing is the edge of the cliff to the beach.

Maybe spot 2 or 3, just so you could have pine trees around it, because those look really campy! If you don't like spruce, then maybe the first one so you can have a nice little beach spot. Really it depends on what you want to do around it!

Not spot 1- I regret putting mine by the cliff. More inland like 2 or 3 you can do more with it.

2 and 3 there is more space to work with and it gives space to accommodate other campsite public works projects.

I'm surprised you're the first person to say this, it took me a while to figure out what the difference was too lmao. I think spot 2 is one square to the left of 1 and 3 is one square up from 2? I'd go with 2 or 3 so there's more space around it to decorate with trees and whatnot. But it really depends on what you plan to do with the area
