Which places do you get btb?

I noticed today that a few threads I posted on (where I thought you'd earn btb) I haven't earnt any btb. So I was just generally wondering which places do you earn and which places don't you?

TBT Marketplace, The Basement, Introductions and The Bulletin Board (And sub-forums in them) don't give you TBT. The Bulletin board could just be because of the Easter Event spam and only temporary, I hadn't really noticed if I got bells for posting there.
