Which of the four Version 3.0 villagers do you like most?

With Mineru and Tulin being introduced, and Cece and Viché returning in their redesigned forms, which villager are you most excited to see? Do you like the Splatoon redesigns? Are you planning to invite any of them to your island?!

I love them all, but I really love Tulin and Mineru. If I had to choose, I think I'd go with Tulin! But Mineru is also so cute!

I plan on inviting them all to my island. I’m happy to have some new villagers on my island after the 2.0 update villagers. A part of me wants more crossover characters to be in the game but I’ll take what I get lol

My husband and I both like the Zelda ones, but we're pretty attached to our set of villagers, so IDK if we'll actually get any of them.

Tulin and Mineru are my favorites! I think their designs are really unique and will fit perfectly on my forest-core island. Now I just have to decide who will move out, which is hard cause I’m really attached to all my villagers.

I like Mineru the most, with Tulin close behind. Generally the Zelda villagers appeal to me more, and I like that Mineru stands out more compared to Tulin. A shame I won't ever have either one on my island since I don't have, and won't get, any amiibos.

Maybe Cece and Viche since I have the Deep Cut amiibos. Also, I'm a bit bummed that Wolf Link isn't coming back since I do have a Super Smash Bros. Link amiibo.

(Also, Shiver and Frye could've just have new villagers made for them since Cece and Viche are more intertwined with Squid Sisters. Also missed opportunity in making villagers based on Pearl and Marina from Splatoon 2.)

It was definitely an interesting choice to re-design/cosplay Cece and Viché rather than make new characters! I understand why they went with the Splat3 characters, but I would have loved Pearl and Marina villagers!

I don't really care for any of them as I have never played any Splatoon or Zelda games, but of the four of them Mineru seems the coolest. So much detail, almost seems like a fan-made villager (in a good way)

I like the Splatoon villagers the best; I didn’t know they were redesigns though. I would’ve liked a Smallfry or Lil Judd villager more, I think. I want to say I like the other two too, but, I kinda have mixed feelings about them both. I think I like Tulin more than Mineru though design wise I think Mineru’s looks more unique; I only played a little bit many years ago and never finished either games since they weren’t my games and I was never really that interested in them.

If I can get back to playing long enough and consistently and get the amiibos needed, I think I’ll want to invite them all eventually.

Viché! I need her back in the family. We have been waiting since 2020! (Ok, not really). But first I need to see who I would like to leave, which is going to be hard. (Sally is not going anywhere, but where her tiny feet are currently planted!)

I'm gonna be honest and say none of them. They really butchered Viché's design to be more in touch with Splatoon 3, and while I do love Cece's design, a more realistic answer is:

• They just don't fit my Citycore themed island.

Old man energy doesn't like anyone of them. I would be open to another 7/11 collaboration or Dunkin Donut sheep or a Chic-Fil-A cow. Keep it fun and corporate!

Cece has great colours but I'd choose Mineru. But to be fair, I'm not a big fan of the new villagers at all! I picked one because it was your question but I really don't like them.

I'm not really interested in any of them, but it's awesome they're bringing in new villagers from the amiibos. I am still holding out hope some of the old amiibo villagers make a return. Even though I know it's really unlikely. I would love Medli, Wolf Link, and Ganon again lol.

I do have amiibos compatible for the Zelda villagers so I might just invite them to the Roost, HHP, or something.

Definitely Tulin, I've not played Zelda games much, but this design gives me artistic bird vibes, and looks so adorable.
Might bring Tulin and Mineru to the island for a bit. wonder what their posters and frames pictures will be like~
