Which main series game has the best opening theme music?

Interested to see which opening music is the most popular! I imagine it’ll be a contest between WW and PG purely because of nostalgia haha

Personally, the Wild World opening is my favourite. I do wish it was in NH as a KK song or something, but that’s my nostalgia talking :’)

Honestly, I've played them all...and I think New Horizons is up at the top for me. I'm a sucker for the oboe. Lol.

Aside from that, I'd go with the classic Gamecube theme just for nostalgia.

Wild World had the beat hourly music, but personally I think New Leaf had the best opening.

Yeah, it is! I don't know how to request exactly that song though - I'm not sure if you can, but I've had it once randomly before! Doesn't seem like there's an air check for it.

are city folk and wild world not the same (aside from city folk has the higher quality sound?)
either way, I never even played either of those games until recently but somehow hearing it makes me feel nostalgic. pretty sure it's because I sometimes heard it in smash brawl lol. anyway that would have to be my fav, I love city folk's soundtrack more than I can express with words honestly

new leaf's intro was a bit lacklustre imo but the rest are all bangin too

Gotta agree with most people. ACWW has the best opening theme. I mistakenly chose ACCF opening theme, but it's pretty similar with ACWW theme anyway

But for real though, i love all of the opening themes. Too bad you didn't include HHD and PC opening themes to vote too
