Which hybrid flowers are the most popular?

I'm thinking of opening a flower shop type thing. which flowers do you think will be the most popular, so I know which will be best to breed for me to gain a profit?
(Also, which are the most popular gracie clothing? I'd like to do a giveaway of gracie grace clothing and would like to know which

I think blue roses are most popular.

I'd say blue roses and purple pansies as they require hybrid reds to produce which is hugely frustrating and a lot of work.
Also pink and white carnations as without TTing pinks need to come from Japanese towns and whites can be an ordeal to breed your first 2 too.
Then I'd say black/gold roses, ~ because gold roses are always popular, and you need blacks to produce them.
Then all of the hybrids that don't / are really difficult to breed from 2 of their own. ~ ie Blue violets which rarely actually breed more blue violets, instead of purple and whites.
Lastly the common ones the easily breed with themselves to multiply.

Jacobs ladders if offered will go quick to, but they can't be bred.

I've got 4 black roses, and no blue roses. I think blue roses are more popular.
I also have no purple pansies and had to get blue pansies from friends.
