Which holiday don't you feel bad about skipping?

I wouldn't skip any of them, but I probably won't be participating in a few come next year. Collecting items for myself instead of the event.

Festivale. Way too many hours of gathering feathers...

I'd play Festivale with the villager next time. Give way my feathers. Trade a few rainbow for repeat furniture.
Next Bunny Day you'll just get repeats unless you play with a new player. My mayor catalog the set before bunny days.
Played on Bunny Days and got repeats. So that would be I'd just hit all the rocks and exchange for repeat items. Sell the later.
I just played Harvest Day in my 3rd town and was done in 25 minutes. I was going to pass but need to work on my fishing and diving numbers caught badges. Stored everything in the museum and it was easy using Thonky's Guide.
Think it took me longer to sell all the extra fish from the museum and the dock box.

Festivale and Bunny Day I'll be skipping out on next year. I have both furniture sets completed so I see no need to do it again. Now that I think about it, I'll probably skip April Fool's Day since I have most of my villager's pictures.

Festivale I'll do to get feathers for my hair and that's it. Bunny Day I'll skip maybe. I kind of like the egg series, but I got so bored doing the event that I only got four pieces of it.
I'll do April Fool's Again, provided I'm still playing. I'll also still do Toy Day because Christmas.

I didn't really play much during Festivale because it was annoying, so I'm not doing it again. I'll still dress up my character, though.

Bunny Day was fun enough for me to want to do it again even though I have all the furniture. April Fool's and Toy Day are a blast, as is Halloween and the Harvest Festival.

Festivale was a pain and I definitely won't be participating next year. Although seeing my villagers dance around is very cute.

Any holiday that's only items. Done it once, done it all mentality if you will.
The other holidays are nice to just enjoy with all the extra things and getting rid of the rocks on easter. :V
