Which holiday don't you feel bad about skipping?

I actually liked Festivale. Kinda fun to see the confetti and feathers floating in the air, along with all the colors.

A holiday I'd skip though is any of the ones where it's just Isabelle standing there and giving out furniture. (Except for New Years and the Solstices)

The summer fireworks. Once you've gotten all the furniture after the first show, it's super annoying to not be able to talk to your villagers about anything other than the fireworks for the whole night.

Festivale is one of my favorite festivals ;w; All the pretty colors. I love the easter furniture too. I don't think I wanna skip any holidays.

I probably won't skip any holidays, even though some can be pretty frustrating. Still have quite a few left to experience, anyway. :)

As far as i can tell UK versions of ACNL dont have holidays like earth day and thanksgiving programmed in, but since i dont celebrste them i am fine skipping them.

None of them. Becasue all of them are fun to do! Plus, you can just get tons of bells by selling the repeats at Re-Tail, and is less obnoxious and time consuming than waiting for the good stuff the appear on the island.

I didn't do Bunny Day, I don't think the furniture is particularly cute or worthwhile... Also there was some sort of glitch with rocks? It seemed like way too much work for a holiday to me.

I think the furniture looks awesome!

Awesome is more important than cute!

Festivale... I got so tired of trying to spot the falling feathers, plus I don't like the Pave set that much.
However, I did enjoy seeing my villagers in their festivale outfits and Pave dancing in the plaza lol

I tried festival just because it was my first year but it was kind of annoying, I'm not going through that again

I have never done them (other then summer solstice)
Of course I would do that if it's the same day as the bug off again, and if it was I wouldn't be to lazy to go get shades I already have so I can sell them.
I think all of them look fun, what's so bad about festival? I think I will like the feathers and confetti, what else do you do?
If I had to chose, probably Summer Solstice, if it even counts as a holiday. There is no point in getting an item you already got and posing in the standee to waste more SD card space.

Easter, for sure. After I got all the furniture the first time, it's too much of a hassle to do again. It takes so long, and most of the eggs you get only have candy in them anyway.

Honestly, Toy Day. I don't celebrate Christmas, so it would feel weird to do it in Animal Crossing. :P I still want to do it at least once, though.

Egg day, Festivale, and Harvest day can all be annoying after you've done them once. I still play on those days, but I don't participate in the events.

I like how you called it "Egg day" because that's exactly what it is. An entire holiday dedicated to colored undeveloped embryos. Unsettling, at best.

Bunny Day. It's because of the rock glitch, and I don't want them sticking around in my town and taking up space. I'd gladly skip that event without feeling disappointed.

Unfortunately this is true for most holidays. They come around so rarely that you scramble to get everything for them the first time around, so you leave nothing for yourself to do next time it comes around. It doesn't help that a lot of them are only fun once anyway, out of pure novelty. Xmas, Halloween and Cherry blossoms arguably being some of the few that warrant further playtime. I think the problem is that every holiday falls into one of two categories: One where you collect things for prizes or events where Isabelle gives you an item and then that's it. There's not much variety to it. I think there needs to be more events throughout the year that last more than a day. AC:PG's Morning Aerobics are a perfect example. Not only do they occur almost every morning but it was fun and has prizes, as well as the appeal of interacting with your neighbors in a different way than you're used to. If Animal Crossing has any potential benefits from more powerful future hardware (like the Wii U), it's being made more lively with more realistic interactions.
