Which do you Prefer? Illegal fish farm or Night time beetle hunt?

I have no idea how fishing valuable fish and sharks is "illegal" in the game though... it's severely regulated in real life but in the game you're just using one of the game's feature so it's blatantly not illegal. It's like calling planting fruit trees from the island in your village, it's not illegal in the game and it's not cheating so it's a feature, it's not like real life where that could cause ecological issues.

Maybe it's illegal in the sense of that being annoying if you're playing on an island with more than one person? But I personally just go on the island by myself so I can get all the bugs and fish I want if I want to without this being a problem for any other players.

I'm awful at beetle hunting, since I'm not patient enough to walk slowly. So illegal fish farming, I guess? (Assuming that just means fishing for sharks and whales, lol)

Maybe it's visiting another town that is in a different season.
You can catch high price winter fish and get premium at retail.
I prefer bug collecting but don't need it right now. I'm working on the 5,000 fish caught badge and it takes more time. Bugs are faster and I often hit the A button too early.

I really wanna know about illegal fish farming now :3 hahaha Can illegal fish farming be.. like.. making small/medium sized fish disappear (by running around) and only catching when big fish or sharks spawn? cuz sometimes I do that >.<

Anyways..
If it's night time, I like catching beetles.. tho sometimes they just fly away when I walk by X_X..
