I'm looking for some landscaping advice. In my town, I like to line up several trees of the same type in a row and I want to plant bushes between them. I want some advice on which bushes would look best next to the trees. I have regular (no fruit) trees, cedar trees, perfect cherry, apple, orange, peach, and pear trees. I also have some bamboo shoots. I'd like some variety in my town, so please don't suggest the same bush for every tree.

Which bushes look best next to trees?

I think the holly bushes pair nice with cedar trees. For the rest it really depends on the season, since each bush has different colored blooms on them. Personally I tend to stick with one kind of bush in my towns. My main town is all blue and pink hydrangeas and my second town is going to be mostly pink azaleas. I did plant some holly bushes with cedars trees for a Christmas kind of look since it's going to start snowing in game next week.

i like placing yellow and red hibiscus next to the trees.
That looks really nice. I'll try it myself. If anyone else has any ideas for the other trees, I'd love to hear them.

I think sweet olive bushes could be cute with pear, apple or orange. :v
you have none of the island fruits, but the yellow hibiscus would be cute with the durians and lemons. and red would be cute with the lychees and mangos.
maybe red hibiscus with apples or cherries?
or pink azalea with cherries?
