Where to put the mayor/s house?

I just resetted and have a new town but where to put my mayors house... I have planned almost everything for the pwp exept from 3 places. on the right side of the pond in the left upper corner, under the pond by retails or where my mayor stands right now. I wanna try decorating my town for the first time so my mayor/s house shouldn;t be in the way. Just say your opinion on where it should'nt cause problems Thank you!

I'd say to space it out a bit. Don't place it too close to the river or buildings.
