Where to place Police Station?

I like my business stuff to be north of the river and residential south, (although two villagers totally plopped down in the north...) and I can't decide where to place my station, especially since my campsite ended up being in a really inconvenient spot later even though the site was originally really nice.

Does anyone have experience with placing paths and stuff that would like to come over to my town and lend me their opinion? I'll give you some perfect cherries for your trouble!

It's like a shop where I sell flowers and bushes and things like that. It also offers free landscaping and pwp placement help. It's fun :3
