Where do you get the Shop Coffee Machine, Shop Ice-cream case and Reception window?

I think the only way to get the DLC items is to get them from someone else somehow
*edit: I just looked all of those items up on MoriDB.com, and they are all new to the amiibo update, not the 7-11 DLC. But I wasn't able to find out who's RV had them.

Filly has them but it is Japanese exclusive. Apparently you have to go to a 7/11 to connect to have Filly's RV appear. I already went to someone's town. I'm not sure about the reception window.
