Where should i put my Roost Cafe?

I was personally thinking of putting it where my character is on the map because i wanted to make a small little community there but I have more room other than there, any suggestions from people good with placement other than me x_X...

Make a list for yourself which other PWP's you'd like and see where they all fit in. Planning ahead sometimes solves my placement issues.
