It depends, are you going to be using it or keeping it around cause it looks like a beehive? xD

I placed mine right next to my home so I could tell when it would be raining, (the pwp is tiny !).
I suppose not far from the beach would be good too, if you need it for catching the coelacanth.

It's kind of difficult to say without knowing some of your plans, but I think it would be nice to the left of the Town Hall or possibly somewhere near your campsite.

It's really difficult for me to say where because it's not my town, nor do I know what it looks like besides the map, but I would place it somewhere where it's convenient for you to use it, if you do end up using it for like, checking the weather and stuff.
