Where should I place my mayors house?

So, I reset my 2nd copy for the..5th or 6th time lol. I've been resetting for a day now, I think I finally settled on a map..but, I don't know where I should put my mayors house.
None of the villager houses are staying. I want to have enough room for future side characters houses, too..should I have my mayors house in 1 spot by itself, or place it somewhere where there's enough room for the mayors house + 3 future houses as well? X_X I'd appreciate any ideas <3

Alright, you've got two spots:

The one I recommend is the pink box. Assuming there are no rocks blocking you from plotting your house, I feel this spot has the most potential. Otherwise, you check the yellow box as an alternative, should the pink box not work out.

If you want the character houses next to each other I would say put the above the town tree or to the right of retail would be the best spots. If not, put the Mayor house below the town hall where the ramp to the beach is, and the other character houses spread out in other places on the map as well?

Put them all on that little island on the right or below the town hall if you can fit all four houses.

Yep, pink spot area, build the second bridge and that’s one nice town layout.
