Where do you like for your Town Hall, Plaza, and House to be?

Today's the day... the day that I finally reset. I have a good idea where my Re-Tail should be, which is by the docks. I also have a good place for my house if I were to get one certain layout. Where do you like and recommend having your Town Hall, Plaza, and house being?

I like my plaza to be either in the middle or, or somewhere where it won't interfere with PWP so much. For me personally, I like my Re-tail and town hall to be towards the top of the map, because its convenient. And for house, I sorta just stick it where there's lots of space.

I like the idea of Retail near the docks, mine is currently fairly close, left-down on the map. Easy to get my money from my island-plunders, while if I need to sell something real quick when I'm in the top of the map I can go to the Nooklings.

I like my townhall on the top side of the map, making it more of a centerpiece, since it's then fairly near the station and Main Street. Somehow it seems fitting for me.

Ideally for me the Plaza is in the middle, but currently in my map, which I chose out of the 4, it is in the middle left of the map, with nothing really near it (no houses etc, but it's a quick run away from the retail).
It stood kind of lonely and isolated, until I could build my second bridge and now it is easy to travel to.

I like my plaza out of the way.. And townhall near it or to the side of it. I used to like retail near the docks but I don't do beetle hunting anymore so now I dont really care where it is. I like my building locations as they are

I like everything on the northern part of the map. My town hall is near the train, to the right of it is my cafe, below the two is the police station, and to the right of that is the plaza. Everything may sound cluttered, but they're given an equal amount of space for PWPs and setting up fruit trees. My retail is on the far left of the police station but a little close to the train station. Did I confuse you yet? Personally, if the plaza is in the middle of the map, that might not be so bad.

I also take ponds into account. I hate having 3 ponds, as this seems to make it more difficult to place PWPs in my opinion. My house is on the far left of the map. It's just below the lake and near the beach. I'd show you map, but I can't find where I placed it.

I like the town hall to be near an edge, the plaza near the middle and the house to be near a river. ^^

In order I checked for:

1. A map shape I liked.
2. Plaza centered in the middle of the map (I wanted the tree to be the center piece of my town).
3. Re-Tail and Town Hall not off in an obscure corner.

Getting peaches and having a ramp near the dock were bonuses. Also, for anyone anal enough to reset for grass shape or fruit, that my friend is overkill. I have square grass and do not give two flips.

Oh, and as for my house, once I chose the map, then I made Nook stand there forever while I decided. Only thing I look for is a nice spot by the beach for the ocean ambiance. Here I had another plus, it's south of a water fall.

I like the map to be divided into two parts with a Horizontal river
A small half on the top.. with Town hall maybe
a massive half on the bottom with Plaza, Retail
My towns arent like this but when i reset they will be lol

i reset not too long ago and it was the best decision i made, i picked a town with the town hall, retail at the top of the map, and then recently added a cafe up there and will put a police station up there so its basically a second main street, it leaves room for PWPs and it looks realistic.
