Where do you guys keep your campsite?

I'm asking this cause I'm not sure if I like where mine is placed rn.

I have mine ALLLL the way at the top of my island in it's own little isolated spot. It was cute when I did it at first, but I feel like it's just annoying where it is right now. I want to move it, but I'm not sure where. I want to move it and then use the top of my island as sort of a flower breeding ground since right now I don't really have anywhere to make hybrids.

Where do you guys keep the campsite? Share pics of what your campsite area looks like! I need inspiration!

Top north of my map on the second level. It's hidden I guess from everything else but it sits next to a lake which felt like a great spot for a campsite.

I wish I could go without having the campsite honestly, really doesn't fit with the rest of my island at all hahaha.

My campsite is right next to a waterfall in a deadend natural alcove created by said waterfall, my river, and the cliffs of the 2nd tier. I landscaped it so it looks hidden, but it's really not. You have to walk past my shopping district to get to it. I like it.

I haven't done anything yet with terraforming, and this was a neat little spot that was just naturally on my island that I didn't know what to do with until I got the idea when I suddenly had to place the campsite.

Left side of my island near the beach. And just north of it I placed a couple of customized tire toys. Still figuring out the direction I want to take where decorating is concerned, but I do have a few small ideas. I'm hoping to eventually make my island a place where my friends can chill and hang out even if all we do is run around and chat on like Discord or something lol.

I made a specific place for my campsite up in the mountains. It's in a nook up top, surrounded by pine trees. There's also a campfire, a hammock, and a radio. It's quite cozy!

Oooh that sounds nice! Share pictures if you can. Mine has two tiki torches behind it and the camping cot that Old Man Nook gave me when I set up the island.

I have mine by the beach front, under a cliff. Not sure if I will be keeping it there, though. Depends how it looks once I terraform that area in a few days.

When I reset on day 5, I realize I wanted everything to be on the main part of the first island so my campsite is right next to my plaza. Its under but to the right.

I first had a two story cliff where it was all alone at the top surrounded by trees. Then I realized I hated so I just moved it yesterday down to the southeastern part of the island, under my shops, next to the beach. I tried making a forest area around it, I'll have to wait untill the trees are grown to see if I actually like it tho haha

I put mine in the crook of the river outside my main town area. I wanted it out of the way, but still easily accessible in case I actually get a camper (which it is out of the way in the terms of where my villagers go, but I can just vault across the river to it)

I probably might change where I place my campsite but I put my campsite near the front of my airport because I kinda like to imagine that the campers don't have to walk a great distance to get to there from the airport...

Mine is off on the left side of my island, on the main level. It is right up against a cliff. It is one of my favorite areas in my town and the first for me to have developed! Still working on some of the items for the area in front of it and the picnic area too.
