Where do you grow your hybrids?!

Hello guys!
Here I come again with layout questions haha.
I grow hybrids and I purchased & traded every type of flowers. They're currently all on my beach, waiting to be placed.
Now that I've terraformed, I'm looking to have flowers as decoration AND spaces where I grow hybrids. I initially wanted to have little fenced gardens, but one for each type would mean 8 of them, and that would take A LOT of space.

So I'm going through my options, probably will just dispatch hybrid growing gardens throughout my town, but it made me curious to know how you guys did it!

I just plant them in patches of the same type, usually by lanes, like with the white flowers in the middle, and with red and yellow on each side.
Or I just plant the same type in a random way and wait.

This has been my biggest headache so far. I've had to prioritise what i want now, with a focus on blue and black. I have an area in front of museum with 2x2 squares that specialise in only getting blue and black. 2x2 because of the lack of space. Then I have a park with flower beds of 3x3 for others. I only just picked up cosmos from Leif this morning, and now I'm only missing lillies, but this has messed up my plans again! Haha! If you find a good solution I'd love to hear it. It just takes up so much space.

I do whatever bald spots I find on my island which worked for the time being but now it's a running hazard (wasps and scorpion death traps). Especially because it rains a lot on my island so all my flowers exploded.

I kinda just have small gardens around town where I think they'd look nice that double as hybrid gardens. Offshoot gardens are a cute way to decorate.

That's exactly how I do it. I tried doing the checkerboard method to get hybrids but I get more success what you do.

Patches throughout my town. South west is hyacinth and tulip, centre is mums and windflowers, south east is cosmos and roses, north west is lily, north east is pansy. Once I've bred enough hybrids, I'll revert to formal villager flower gardens and a more casual distribution elsewhere in the island. Early days yet

I'm horrible I place my flowers where I want them along my paths but then I just let them grow wild and have random squares of flowers everywhere... I'm pretty lucky with getting hybrids though

I have an area at the top of my island I'm dedicating to hybrid breeding rn but I'm only doing like 3 flower types bc I'm not a fan of all the flowers (I dislike cosmos and mums).

I dont TT though so I'm probably gonna breed a few of my own hybrids then just buy the rest I need since I'm too impatient.

i don't have a huge space for all the hybrids to put them all there... it's just random by type and by lanes, mostly since i'll move them anyways

initially i was dedicated to my craft and made a "flower garden" but that ended up overgrowing severly, i ran out of space and had to relocate. and then THAT ran out of space and i had to relocate. alas, my entire island is full of flowers - especially those pesky yellow mums - and i really need to stop and get some more space for other flowers because i'm in a serious predicament right now. so many flowers. everywhere.

My town has a wild/natural theme. While I do have some hybrids sprinkled here and there, as I continue to build up my island, it does get harder and harder to find space to actually breed them. I have a Japanese influenced bamboo garden in the upper right corner of my island I may eventually turn this into a small flower garden. It's hard to say. Just below that area, I have an orchard with all of the fruit. Initially, I was quite proud of it, but it takes up so much real estate. I'd probably feel the same about a flower garden.

I may end up making a couple of mini gardens near some of my villager's houses, but eventually, I'll probably stop breeding them.

Yeah I'm in the middle of creating gardens but I also think eventually I'll just get rid of them.
It's more about the challenge of growing hybrids myself, but when that's done I have no particular interest in growing ALL KINDS at all time, and will probably only keep a couple. The good news is, it will free up some space I might need by then, and for now it fills up my island quite nicely!

i have huge fields of flowers separated by type all over my island. it's turning into a problem since i can't run or landscape because there are flowers in the way.

Haha same here don't worry...
I'm planning on planting them in random spaces on my highest cliffs to give it a bit of a wild vibe, and I'll probably use some for decoration but I keep changing my mind.
