Where do you get the special emojis from?

Sometimes I’ve seen people using special reactions, but how do you unlock them so you can send those special emojis to other people? For example the Sparkle Water emoji. I mean reactions.

These are the four standard reactions!

During TBT events, temporary reactions are sometimes introduced. During the current event (Sakura Week), buying a Watering Can unlocks the temporary Water reaction, and buying a Golden Watering Can unlocks the temporary Sparkle Water reaction (see picture below), as Sleepey mentioned! These can be bought in the shop. Other past events have had other reactions available, but these are currently the only six available.
