Hello, everyone! I haven't build the campsite in my town yet and I'm still unsure where I want to put it since you can't demolish it...

So to everyone who has build, where did you put it?
How did you decorate it? Did you have a theme you were going for? Please share your ideas! :)

I am going to put mine near the train tracks so I can see it while the train rolls in while resetting. No idea how I'm going to decorate or anything because it's going to be a very tight squeeze between the fence and my creek.

I put mine in a small area on the lower half of my town. It probably would've been a better idea for me to put it where cedar trees go, but at the time I wasn't really into finishing my town. In my second town, Rosemary, I plan on putting it where Leonardo currently has his house.

I plan on putting lots of cedar trees around it, with a small path made of clovers and camp like pwp's. So like the fire pit, outdoor chair, etc etc. :3

Ah, I see! I don't reset but I do think putting it somewhere convenient to check whether a camper is there or not is important :>

Clover paths sounds cute! I think I'll be putting the picnic pwp nearby the camp, it's very fitting :D

I put mine in the little space between train crossing and path so I could see if anyone was in the campsite as I went to the shops, which I do every time I play (curse you, catalogue badges). Plus I thought it made sense to put it as near as possible to the train station. I couldn't get any closer as my train station opens directly onto the event plaza.

I put mine near the "forest" of cedar trees that I have, so it's like a real campsite! it looks so ugly when no one is there though ;___;

I don't have a recent pic of my map at hand, but I put my campsite next to the pond in the lower left corner of my map. I actually decided to build a whole camping area around the campsite and chose the location keeping that in mind. When you try to decide your campsite's placement, I think it's important to think why you want the campsite built after all. For example, if you build it because you want to camp reset, then it would be easiest to put it near the train station.

Anyway, as I decided to build a camping area around the campsite, there will be other PWPs nearby too. The bonfire, camping cot, hammock and log bench are going to be built there. I planted cedars and will decorate it with black and orange flowers, mushrooms, clovers, natural paths and holly or sweet olive shoots. I think that's it for my campsite. I hope you can make yours work well. :)

Ah that's a good point, I didn't equate the train station with the campers but seeing as they are travelers who pass by, it makes a lot of sense! I'll consider this, thanks!

Yea, I think cedars look very good around a camp!
But I don't think it looks too bad without a camper haha, just preference I suppose :')

Well, I want to put a campsite to get campers! I have no idea what is camp reset but I'll most likely won't be doing it :>
Oh yeah I completely forgot about mushrooms lol, time to start collecting mushrooms and clovers 8)
I thought bout adding a well and a picnic PWP nearby but I'll consider the ones you mention as well, thank you very much for your input!
