im bored already cuz all ive been doing is trading villagers and i havent been playing with friends in a while so im just going to restart again and stop time traveling and caring whos in my town
Haha, I'm joking. The novelty is wearing off a bit on me but that's to do with my wifi being a butt, wifi is the biggest thing for me. I never wified in City Folk and I got bored of it in under six months. There's no real reason to fancy the place up if no one's going to see it. Alas, this is the best Animal Crossing game in the series by far. When you get those n00bs saying, oh no Gamecube forever, I'm like no. You grew up with it. You're going to love it for that reason. New Leaf outranks it graphics-wise and everything-wise.
When Nintendo notice everyone's getting bored and the hype dies, they'll introduce something new to it or make a Wii U version.
City Folk got boring for me after 3 and a half years, and it was great all that time. But New Leaf, it's so much better, so who knows how long I'll play? I estimate I won't get bored for at least 4 years. After that, I'll be graduating from High School and going to college, so I'll have a LOT less time to play. I'll still probably check-in on my town, maybe start a new one, etc.. I can honestly picture myself playing this game for a very, very long time. I think I'll be an adult before I even get the tiniest hint of boredom with NL.
