When to make your Dream Address

Originally, I planned to upload my town as a dream when it was completely done. Instead, I decided to make one when I got Blanche, the (hopefully) last resident for Kamino. It's really incomplete but it's cool. Never did it before. Which do you prefer? Making a dream address only when your town is complete or when it isn't.

I'm planning on making one for Matcha when it's still a work in progress, so that I can get tips and constructive criticism.

I made mine as soon as I got the dream suite. I have switched out villagers quite often (just got Blanche tonight and love her) and always reworking paths, PWPs, and adding bamboo when I get it as a gift. I just do a daily update as it grows.

I get my dream address the moment I get the Dream Suite I update it every so often, so people can see my progress with my town!

I uploaded my dream town of my main town the first thing I did when I got tve dream suite. in my second town I still haven't made a dream town because I want to finish it up a bit more before I do anythig like that lol. At the moment my second town us an ugly mess soOo I would be embarrassed if anyone visited )x
I'll definitely get a dream code before it is finished though.... just not right now

I make mine as soon as the town looks good. It doesn't have to be perfect, but I want to make sure I dig up any fossils and that I don't have anything on the ground.

I agree with fenris, it's good to put it up and ask for help so I usually update it as I go but I make it when I open the dream suite, there was only one town I didn't upload and it would suck cause I had to invite people for them to see and I can't trust anyone around my precious things :[

I think I uploaded as soon as I got the Dream Suite. My town gets an update whenever I remember.
