I've been wanting Apple for sometime now, since she was in my starting/first town. I've gotten 16+ after she left, so I'll be able to take her in. I'll most likely pay with either rare flowers+in game bells or just lots of them. If you've got Apple, consider her crispness and if she's the right one for you.
