When exactly does the last of the summer dlc items drop?

You know, the handheld lanterns, marigold decoration and the chitose ame tag? Lol anyone remember those? Ive been waititng for those marigold decorations, and the day of the dead is next week. Are we really gonna have to wait until after?

• Marigolds are from October the 25th to November the 3rd
• Handheld lantern’s from the 1st of November to the 11th of November
• The chitose ame’s from the 11th of November to the 20th of November
