When does the game "end" for you?

If any of these happens:
  • When all of the villagers I liked moved out
  • When I ran out of item storage
  • When I have no friends to play with to clear my villager void and give my unwanted items to
  • When a much more interesting game took most of my time instead of playing this game
  • When I find out that my town looks ugly all along
  • When I got sick and tired of playing the game already

I'm starting to feel the end coming for my third town already.

For me it's really never ending. At one point I thought I had 'ended' in my main town in a sense, but there is just so much more I can do and change that it doesn't end. Even if I fill my museum and catalog, there are still new villagers to meet, new pwps to build and new landscaping to do.

I've already got all my dreamies (even though they're not all in the same town, I still have them) which is part of it. Once I've gotten all the PWPs I want in my town and I'm finished landscaping, filled my museum/encyclopedia, and finished off my mayor's and Morgan's house, that's when I'll consider my town complete. With my town landscape in mind, I won't be able to create four characters so Kris and Morgan will have to do.

It ends when I'm done decorating my town. I was never really into badges. I was never really into the museum. I was somewhat interesting in finishing my catalog, but at the end of the day I felt like "finishing" my town's decoration was when it was over for me.
