when do you stop tanning? :c

✿ i'm as tan as you can be and it's upsetting me because i like my mayor to look like me and i'm really, really pale irl.
i thought tanning was over.. but i guess i was wrong. :c

so when do i stop tanning?

✿ well, i know how to avoid tanning.
i recently bought the crown tho so i wanted to wear it and that's when stuff got all messed up.

dose a hood count as well, or, no?
& dose tanning happen all year round? :c not just during the summer.

The only way you can tan year round is via the island.

Certain large hats will stop you from tanning, I like to make sure I'm wearing one when I'm doing an island tour. Other than those times I use an umbrella. I hate it when my character gets a tan!

Lucky! I've been trying to get my character a tan for days and yet she's still pale, lol.

I've been doing a lot of Island Tours lately and my little mayor is browning! She's rather cute that way, tho. In RL I'm pale but I don't mind my mayor's tan because I didn't try to make her look like me anyway.

Umbrellas and some hats prevent tanning, but the only way to tan after 9/15 is to go sit on the island for a few hours.
