when are the hoenn remakes coming

It would be pretty awesome though, Ruby/Sapphire was one of my favorite gens. I probably spent almost 2000 hours on my Sapphire cart xD

i think im one of very few people who doesnt want another remake. hoenn was fun while it lasted but i want new adventures.

hoenn was my favorite region, and i definitely spent the most time playing emerald out of all the games. i hope they do a remake although i don't think anything has been announced.

I doubt that they will make one, but I really wish that they would. Hoenn was my childhood and I want to see it with the modern graphics. Aside from that, I would want them to add extra locations like what they did in FireRed and LeafGreen. That would make the game much more interesting.

I'm not a fan of a hoenn remake, enough time has passed for one but I don't feel it had that much hype as the other games.

As much as I love Hoenn, I feel the plot of RS is so lame it doesn't warrant a remake. I'd be on board for a sequel, though.
Then again, I just want to see Hoenn in Kalos graphics.

I'd love a gen3 remake so much! The Hoenn games are my favorites I think all gens have their own specific charm, though.

There's no reason to make one. From what I understand, they remade the first two generations so they could be connected to the later generations (even though a lot of Pokemon were available through other games, idk). All Pokemon from RSE can be transferred all the way up to G6, so the "it can't connect to this gen" excuse doesn't really work anymore.

Going by that logic, we wont see RSE remakes til Gen7.

They probably won't but I hope that they remake gen 3. Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald were my favourite games (just look at my username lol) but gen 3 was the first time I properly played a Pokemon game since I used to like the tv series in Kanto when I was younger but completely skipped Johto.

I'm kinda betting the chances of them being created are similar to the chances of a new Trauma series game being created.

Hoenn was good, Sapphire was the second Pokemon game I finished but eh, I'm in no rush for a remake, Got the cartridges for all three of the games somewhere if I wanna play me some Hoenn.
