What's your sleep pattern like?

Sleep? 🥺 oh for a full nights sleep. I go to bed at about 10 pm, mooch online until 11 then have to sleep as I am up at 6.30 am so that should be 7 1/2 hours. 😂 wake up between 1-2am then try and get what I can before the alarm goes off. 🧟‍♀️ this is me 😂

oh, it's so garbage right now. i keep staying up later and subsequently waking up later. for the last three days, it's been 8AM-5PM. it's trash. i've fixed it several times in the past, but it always goes to hell again within a few weeks. doesn't help that i'm always exhausted throughout the day regardless of how many hours i get. or that i seem to automatically be more awake between the hours of 1AM and 7AM. i can be exhausted all day, but as soon as those hours hit, the fatigue usually lessens quite a bit.
 
pretty regular. i try and stick to a healthy range of 7-8 hours a night. sometimes less if im busy with projects but i never change my wake time.
 
On school days I usually go to bed at 11 PM or midnight, and I wake up at 6:30 AM. Though sometimes I fall back asleep and wake up an hour later, which doesn't give me much time to get ready.

On weekends I go to bed at midnight, and I wake up the earliest at 8 AM, and the latest at 2 PM. But if I'm not up by noon, my parents will usually wake me up.

I'm definitely not a morning person, I'm super... Bad-tempered (I'm tempted to use a certain word that I probably shouldn't say), but I'm sure a lot of people are. I also fall asleep a lot in class, either from being super tired, not getting enough sleep, or because the lessons are so boring.

I usually go to bed between 1:15-1:40 am. My cat will typically wake me up during the night at least once, and I'll sleep until anywhere between 8am to 11am. I sleep...a lot. I always have.
 
Mine is completely screwed up, recently I've been sleeping around 1am to 11am then taking a 2-3 hour nap in the middle of the day. My psych meds make me very tired.
 
I’m definitely a night person but trying to become a morning person. I used to sleep at 3am or later every night, but now I have to wake up at 5am for work so I sleep at 9-10pm the latest.
