What's your native fruit?

Mine is peaches! I wasn’t really trying for them I really just wanted the yellow airport for white street lamps lol & that took way longer than it should have.

I have cherries. I’m super happy with them! The fruit wasn’t overly important to me though, and I went with the first island I was given so.

i have pears but i don't really care too much about native fruit anymore, since perfect fruit doesn't exist it really doesn't make a difference unless you want to sell fruit (which i don't anymore) or give fruit to villagers.

I have peaches as my native fruit. Personally, I am not so fond of them and would have preferred apples or cherries, which, I think, look the best in New Horizons. Despite this, I was really happy when I saw peaches on my island on my first day because I thought perfect fruits would make a return- perfect peaches were my favourite kind of fruit back in New Leaf.
Anyway, I am curious to see if your native fruit will play a crucial role during the Harvest festival, or if any fruit will do. I feel like native fruits don't have any real importance after you obtain every kind of fruit. :/

Oranges. I've reset three times, and all three times my native fruit has been oranges. The first time I wanted oranges, but the second and third times I wanted apples. Before you ask, yes, I do know resetting your map will give you different fruits. I've been playing these games for a while. The only reason I didn't reset for apples specifically is because map layout and airport color were more important to me since I can always just... plant apple trees.

peaches remind me of butts... and then i start thinking about epsteins island which i really dont like i try not to think about that..theres also the peach baby surprise thing idk its weird i wish i had pears but i wanted peaches at the time of picking an island cause i like that song millions of peaches but now i know the song better and realized its kinda weird too.....

i have cherries, and i don't mind them. they're my 3rd favorite fruit amongst the ac fruits, so i can't be mad. i reset several times when i first started for decent villagers as well as good native fruit, got cute villagers at the start + cherries so i stuck with it. (though i would prefer peaches.... can't complain, lol.)

Oranges! Orange was actually my first choice. My second was apple. I'm glad it was orange because my island airport's colour is also orange which is aesthetically pleasing for me.

I’m the same way! I really enjoy how the apples look in Animal Crossing. (My native is apple, and it was also apple in ACNL.) I think, though, that I would easily go with cherries or oranges just fine since my island has autumn mountainside vibes going on. Lol

(I had braces, too, btw. I absolutely hated them and how they limited what I ate. T-T)
